At my birthday I got a really great mincing knife from my sweetie. Additionally I got a great wooden cutting board. Today was the first real opportunity to try both out. It was a great feeling.

How to make sure your knife keeps it’s sharpness for a long time
Use a wooden cutting board! Do not use plastic cutting boards. They kill your blade. Wood is much better and makes sure that you have to sharpen your knives less often. Go for wood!
