Dr. Jörg Haider died today in a car accident. Several years ago I met him at an election rally and had a really nice chat with him. Even though a lot of people didn’t agree with his political attitude, he – as a person – was really open-hearted, polite and likeable. Rest in peace Jörg, Austrian politics won’t be the same without you!
